Cambridge United play Newport County in the opening fixture of the 2015/16 Football League season at the Abbey Stadium on Saturday 9th August, kick off 3pm.
Following a busy summer’s business in which no less than 10 new faces have arrived through the doors of the club, Richard Money’s side will kick off the 2015/1 campaign on home soil in just over two weeks’ time against the Exiles.
In front of what is expected to be a bumper crowd at the Abbey Stadium, the U’s will be hoping to get their season off to the best of possible starts, by claiming the first three points available to them
Tickets are on sale online at the following link, over the phone by calling 01223 566 500 or in the ticket office, open between 10am and 4pm on weekdays.
The club is encouraging supporters to buy their tickets in advance of game day and make a £2 saving on ticket prices, as well as avoiding the congestion expected at the club shop and ticket office.
The pre-purchase ticket prices at the Abbey Stadium for the 2015/16 Football League season are as follows, with prices set to increase by £2 on match day:
